TRAINING PROGRAMS BY DIVING CENTERS

Discover Scuba Diving

The program of PADI Discover Scuba Diving imports the persons in scuba diving with a particularly overseen and relaxing way. It dissolves the common misinterpretations about scuba diving allowing in individuals to try it. Under the guidance of professionals of PADI, the new divers learn the basic significances of safety wear the equipment and swim underwater in an overseen environment. Attendance requirements: age of 10 years and older. It includes a 20 minute theoretical briefing and a dive in a maximum depth of 6 metres.
Duration of dive: 20 minutes.

Junior Open Water Diver

What if I want to become a scuba diver before I become 15 years old? PADI Program Junior Open Water Diver provides the possibility in children of age of 13 years to dive under the supervision of Divemaster or Instructor and enjoy the unique experience of scuba diving.
Attendance requirements: age of 13 years and more.
It includes 6 theoretically courses and 8 dives.
Maximum depth: 12 metres.

Open Water Diver

The import in scuba diving! PADI Program Open Water Diver teaches to candidate divers the basic knowledge and dexterities needed in order to dive safely with their buddy, without supervision. Conditions of attendance: age of 15 years and more.
It includes 6 theoretically courses and 8 dives. The duration of school oscillates from 5 days (day-long courses) until 2 weeks depending on the available time of each candidate. The equipment is provided by the diving center. It is proposed to each candidate to dispose their own mask, snorkel, boots and fins. Maximum depth: 18 metres.

The essential supporting documents on the registration are medical certifications from cardiologist, general practitioner and otolaryngologist and 2 photographs.

Advanced Open Water Diver

Specialty dives will increase your experience and will improve your diving skills. Conditions of attendance: age of 15 years and more and degree of open water diver.
It includes 5 theoretical courses and 5 specialty dives. These are: deep dive, underwater navigation, night dive, search and recovery and multilevel dive. The 2 underlined dives are obligatory. The 3 other specialties can be chosen by the candidate with the guidance of the instructor. The maximum depth is 30m.
Minimum duration of course: 3 days.

Rescue Diver

All the procedures required for the rescue of a diver are taught in this course. This course, in combination with the First Aid course, completes an amateur diver and prepares him for the Divemaster level.
Conditions of attendance: minimum age 15 years old, certificate of advanced open water diver with 20 at least logged dives, including experience in deep dives and underwater navigation, and First Aid certificate which was carried out the 2 last years.
It includes 5 theoretical courses and at least 3 open water sessions.
Minimum duration of course: 3 days.

Emergency First Response - First Aid

The First Aid training concerns each one of us. The value of human life is priceless and the knowledge of First Aid essential. The objective of the course is the correspondence in incidents harmful or leathal which may arise also in the diving environment.
Conditions of attendance: certificate of open water diver .
It includes 3 theoretical courses with practice skills in the classroom.
Minimum duration of course: 2 days.

Divemaster

Welcome in the professional area of scuba diving! Your possibilities will be increased, your experiences will be enriched with theoretical and practical knowledge, you will be able to lead with safety certified divers to marine paths and help in the training of new divers. Conditions of attendance: age of 18 years, certificate of advanced open water diver with 20 at least logged dives which will prove experience in deep dives and underwater navigation, certificate of rescue diver and certificate of First Aid which was carried out the 2 last years.
It includes 12 theoretical courses and minimum 8 dives.
Minimum duration of school: 8 days.
